Three years ago, a friend recommended the Lullaby Guild, and we have been using the service ever since. We have always had kind, trustworthy ladies babysit our children. My husband and I contacted the Lullaby Guild after they came highly recommended to us by a mom in a play group. My daughter was 2 ¬‡ at the time and we were expecting our second child any day. We were hesitant to have anyone other than our family watch our kids, but I had to go back to work shortly after our second daughter was born and had no choice but to find someone that would fit in well with our family. After contacting the Lullaby Guild they sent out a wonderful lady for us to interview. We knew she was the one when she walked in and insisted on holding my then 2 1/2 week-old and immediately started playing with my 2 1/2 year-old daughter. We felt so comfortable with her that in fact we immediately had her start watching them for a couple of hours here and there so that I could run errands and get some work done around the house before venturing back to work. That was in early 2008, and Louisa is still watching our kids. Our kids look forward to her visits and we feel safe and confident that they are in excellent hands. I am a neurotic mom and she is the only person that I have ever had watch my kids other than family. Louisa has truly become a part of our family and we are grateful for the recommendation of Lullaby Guild!
